About the Role
The email marketing specialist will help our marketing team build, QA and deploy emails for clients across various niches. This person will need to work cross-functionally with external and internal partners to manage end-to-end email campaign execution. Check out the video for full overview of the role.
2+ years in email marketing & familiarity with A/B testing
Some HTML experience required, AMP scripting preferred
Experience working in at least one email service provider (ESP) or customer relationship management (CRM) tool
Customer acquisition & retention mindset with a view to achieving revenue objectives
Attention to detail and strong QA capabilities
Experience with some reporting tools, such as within email service providers or Google Analytics, and a demonstrated ability to communicate data-driven insights
Strong hospitality marketing experience & knowledge
General knowledge of digital marketing best practices
SMS experience preferred
